Medical Double-Color Plastic Injection Molding Companies Manual operation is for machine adjustment and maintenance; semi-automatic operation is for injection molding fragile, easily scratched and long products; fully automatic operation is for high-speed production, injection molding precision products, and can reduce the workload of operators.
Locking part:
1. Install the moldA. Measure the mold thickness and estimate the maximum stroke of the mold ejector plate; B. Measure the distance between the mold surface and the ejector plate; C. Use manual operation to straighten the machine hinge, that is, lock the mold; D. Open the mold adjustment device knob, adjust the distance between the head plate and the movable template until the distance is slightly thicker than the mold, and close the mold adjustment device knob; E. Use manual operation to open the mold until it is fully opened; F. Use manual operation to withdraw the needle until the hydraulic ejector is completely withdrawn; G. Stop the machine and install the mold on the head plate ;H. Adjust all mold locking and mold opening speeds and pressures to between 30-50% (not too high);I. Start the machine and lock the mold until the hinge is fully extended;Stop the machine and install one side of the mold on the movable template;G. Start the machine and manually move the movable template back a little to separate the mold;K. Stop the machine and tighten the fixing screws of the mold, start the machine to try to lock the mold, and adjust the mold opening and locking speeds and pressures;L. Adjust the relevant travel switches and inductance blocks to make the mold opening and locking actions smooth.M. Stop the machine and adjust the end position before the ejector is touched so that the ejector position cannot be longer than the maximum feasible stroke of the mold ejector. Generally speaking, the ejector stroke can be shortened as appropriate to speed up production. In addition, the ejector speed cannot be adjusted too high;
2. Adjustment of the clamping forceA. Open the mold manually until it is fully opened. Start the mold adjustment device, reduce the mold thickness to generate the clamping force, and close the mold adjustment device to lock the mold. The reduction in mold thickness is proportional to the generated clamping force. However, if the mold thickness is reduced too much, the mold cannot be locked. It is recommended to reduce the mold thickness in a gradual manner. B. Repeat the first step until the machine hinge and the template connecting column (Green column) generate sufficient clamping force. The working pressure of the clamping cylinder can be seen from the pressure gauge of the hydraulic system. The thrust generated by the clamping cylinder is proportional to the working pressure in the cylinder, but due to the amplification through the machine hinge. The final clamping force is not proportional to the working pressure of the clamping cylinder. But generally speaking, the higher the pressure, the greater the clamping force. C. Generally, the clamping force can be adjusted to be sufficient to prevent flashing during injection. The clamping force should not be adjusted too high to avoid mold deformation and increase the load on the machine hinge.
