An upper mold is installed on the top of the support rod, and an injection hole and a fixed mold cavity are provided inside the upper mold. The bottom of the injection hole is connected to the top of the fixed mold cavity, and the top of the injection hole is connected to the bottom end of the capillary, and the top of the capillary is connected to the bottom end of the nozzle, and the top of the nozzle is connected to the injection box, which is fixed on the upper surface of the fixed mold base, and the lower surface of the fixed mold base is fixedly connected to the top of the support rod.
The motor is connected to the power supply and the switch through a wire. When the motor is started, the up and down movement of the bottom mold can be controlled, thereby realizing an accurate injection molding process.
